Refund Policy – Isaac Fitness Coach
Due to the nature of digital coaching services, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.
1. Coaching Services
Once coaching services have commenced, no refunds will be issued.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Access to training programmes

Nutrition guidance
-
App access
-
Check-ins or support provided
By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital services are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned.”
2. Subscription Payments

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once billed

Clients may cancel their subscription to prevent future billing

Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period
3. Once-Off Packages
All once-off or multi-month coaching packages are non-refundable once activated.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of Isaac Fitness Coach in exceptional cases and are not guaranteed.
5. Chargebacks
Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of coaching services.
